Hi there!
I can't help myself! I love color in my schooling saddle pads and polo wraps but I am totally traditional at shows--totally white for pads, gloves, polos (only for warmups). I like to be colorful for schooling as I don't have to worry about bleaching everything! I use Oxyclean to keep even my white show saddle pads and polo wraps white as snow and it's much gentler to Royal's skin than chlorine bleach too. (even with a 2nd rinse cycle)
I had to giggle a bit as my "horse towels are really old and dingy color drained washclothes and hand towels but somehow they do the job of cleaning dusty, dirty and hairy equine faces! Just to let you know that I do my horse laundry and it's draped all over everything I can throw a saddle pad or "horse towel"! Happy laundry day!
